Payment Method:

Payment is via PayPal which is a secure environment where your financial information is not provided to us. Please see the PayPal website for terms and conditions of use, as well as more information on the advantages of purchasing online with PayPal.

 

 

Delivery Fee:

Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. All orders will be despatched within 24 hours of order receipt and payment subject to stock availability.

 

 

Delivery Method:

All deliveries are via Australia Post. Alternatively instore pick-up is always welcome. 

 

 

Order Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made. See claims and refunds for further information.

 

 

Pricing:

All prices are in Australian Dollars and includes a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Prices on this site are for online orders only, and we are not obliged to match these prices instore.

Instore sales will be charged at our normal shelf price. This excludes orders placed through our online store with Pick-up as the delivery option.

 

 

Claims:

All claims must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

 

 

Returns:

No returns will be accepted unless: 

1: Notification of intent to return must be given within 7 days of receipt of goods.

2: A R.A. number must be obtained before goods are returned (contact store for this number).

3: Goods returned must be unused and in original unmarked packaging.

4: We will not accept any goods returned by C.O.D. delivery.

5: The purchaser is responsible for freight on all returned goods.

 

Goods returned for credit or exchange:

 

1: Must be returned with original tax invoice or copy of.

2: Credit is for goods returned only.

3: No credit will be given for freight charges.

4: We reserve the right to charge a AUD$10.00 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is the greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return if the items are returned incomplete or damaged in any way.
